I need to get a large amount of luggage very early in the morning (before the tube is open) to Heathrow and was wondering if anyone knows of a comparatively less expensive car service to accomplish this.

I haven't done a thorough cost comparison, but I have used www.justairports.com, and the prices seem to be less than some other services.

We are also looking into using JustAirports for a trip from Heathrow into London to catch the Eurostar, but I haven't booked with them yet. How far in advance should one make a reservation? I'm thinking that we might call them once we're in the UK (leaving Fri.!!), rather than dealing with e-mail...

I've done it both ways, reserved by internet a week or two ahead, and called them a day or two ahead. So far no problems either way.
