Yeah, yeah I know I've been playing with this for the better part of 3 years now, but I have finally got around to getting the website working. In addition, I've pretty much finished the initial set of tour videos, so they are also online. No, this isn't an advertisement, as I don't sell anything.

I've even got the MP3 files put together and I'm almost ready to post the tour book. Whoopee, Dave finally does something and almost finishes it.

You don't register, or log in or anything. Just let me know what you think of it. Hopefully as I build this it will help folks traveling to Rome.

Well, I have a long way to go on it, but my health is now getting better so I feel more like doing stuff. Plus, getting ready for our Christmas trip for this year got me back in the mood.

Thanks for the comment Bob,

I agree, it's terrific, Dave! What a great resource. I'm bookmarking it and look forward to returning again and again. Can't wait to see the tour book. Congratulations and many thanks for posting.

I also meant to say, Lucaya is lovely and she does such a nice job. Please tell us more about her. Did you do the filming? Excellent!

Lucaya is my daughter. She graduated from SUNY Oswego, Summa Cum Laude, with a major in Theater and minor in Communications. She has just been accepted to the Circle in the Square theater school in NYC.

I did the filming, editing, writing, etc. Several of us did the still shots, along with some provided by the Rome Tourist boards. Also, the University of Tokyo allowed us to use the Piranesi drawings.

Thanks for the comments, oh and the book is now available in the library area.
