Need help locating certain museums in Normandy

My husband and I will be in Normandy for 3 days this august. He wants to see the d-day beaches and the war museums in Bayeux, Caen, Ste. Mere-Eglise and Cherbourg. Are these things easily located? Is there a web site that will give me the scoop. Also, anyone know of any good restaurants to eat at in any of those locations? A friend mentioned a place called Bogart's in Cherbourg, but I can't find any info on it. Thanks for any assistance!
We traveled to Bayeux and Caen last year and had no trouble finding any of the museums -- in Caen there are signs everywhere for the Peace Memorial (the museum), which is fabulous -- reserve four hours for it. The best guide was the Rough Guide for Normandy. At every war site in Normandy is a guide in English showing virtually every war site with directions on how to get there, but the Michelin map of Normandy is a big help. Try to see both the German cemetery and the English cemetery in Bayeux as well as the big American cemetery in St. Laurent -- they are very moving.

Hi Jennifer.

Just a small advice. DON'T MISS THE FAMOUS TAPESTRY IN BAYEAUX, while you're there. They are simply stunning and it would really be a shame if you missed them while being in the neigbourhood.
Have a nice trip
Sanne
