just go into the main entrance of the Station you enter through a large wide path beside a small park are, head up to the first floor beside the KFC and there is an escalator up to Wilsonova, just follow the signs, theis is the old entranc eof the station but the strett Wilsonova actually goes over the top of the exsisting train station and is a real busy road.
The Old Entrance is/has undergone a complete refurbishment and I think it has now reopened (I was last there in November so not sure if it is complete)Don't worry if there is still work going on you will still get there it is all very obvious.the bus stop is right outside the entrance.

Don't forget you can avoid long-distance bus travel by buying train tickets from Nuremberg or Munich to Prague from 19 euros at the Czech Railways website www.cd.cz/eshop with print-at-home tickets.
You then arrive at the big central Prague Hlavni station.
