I am taking a young teen tomorrow and we're planning on going to the movie/multimedia experience called The Time Elevator. It takes you through the centuries of Roman history to today, and the seats move from one area to another. Someone recommended it to us, and it is only 11E per person, so we thought it would be a good activity. Will let you know when we return how it was. The shows run all day everyday, and there is a website for it which I have lost. sorry

We went on an EnjoyRome walking tour. The tour guide was a young woman in her early 20s and she was marvelous! She taught us all how to cross the streets in Rome (no easy feat to the uninitiated). The tour was not an in-depth kind of thing like the Scala Reale tours, but it certainly held our interest for two hours. Our guide was very open to questions along the way and it was a great intro to Rome. The group we were with ranged in ages from college age kids to older people, and everyone seemed to be pleased from what I could see!
