Try doing a search on Marais (or whatever the name of the Jewish Quarter is in Paris), or perhaps doing an internet search on "Passover AND Paris".
Also. I've seen books that are written especially for the Jewish traveller...might check Amazon for a title search and then check the local library.
Good luck!

Ira, check out http://www.mjlf.col.fr/home.htm - their website talks about high holiday services but doesn't mention Pesach. You might email them to see if there is a community seder or a home-visit program.

-

http://www.jewishtravel.com/features/toniparis.html
I could tell you how to find Jews in Venice (there’s only 465 of them there). Don't have any personal experience with the community in Paris. I just did a quick search and came upon this website with a section about Jewish Paris. FYI, it does appear a focal point is in the Marais District (4th arr) – St. Paul metro stop.

On the www.jewishtravel.com site they list the following synagogues and directly address your question about being able to find a Passover seder to attend. HOWEVER, when I went to the website listed for French Jewish Community, it is in French --- only reason I could tell is was the right spot was by the Jewish calendar showing the date in the upper left corner.
At least this should get you started in the right direction.

- - - - - - - - - - -
Synagogues:
Those seeking Orthodox synagogues should contact the Consistoire de Paris. There are two liberal synagogues in Paris whose services are similar to American Reform.
Mouvement Juif Liberale de France, 11 rue de Cailavet, 75015 Paris, 01-45-75-38-01.
Union Liberale Israelite de France, 22-24 rue Copernic, 75016 Paris, 01-47-04-37-27
Many American residents and visitors attend services here. The synagogue's Passover seder is partially in English and there is an English-speaking secretary. This information is also available on the French Jewish Community web site at http://www.col.fr.

You may want to check with the Chabad House as well. When I visited the synagogue in Florence, somebody from there asked me to come with her afterwards for a Sabbath meal. It was absolutely lovely (and even though I'm an American Reform, it really was fantastic). You might want to do a search and get information that way. I would think you might need to make reservations for the Seder though.
