AS one Ann to another, I loved your TR, which revived many lovely memories of our trip to Interlaken, Wengen and Luzern earlier this year.
<<We skipped Rosti since it is just bread dipped in cheese but cheese lovers may enjoy it. Big lunches in restaurants and simple take out for dinner allows you to save money.>>
Just one correction, if I may - rösti is not a bread and cheese dish [that's a cheese fondue]; it's a dish made with grated raw potato which is then fried into a flat cake, often with bacon and/or onions.
And another lovely walk which I don't think you mentioned is the one from Kleine Scheidegg down to Wengenalp - you just cross over the railway and start heading down following the railway line. The views of the Jungfraujoch as you walk along are spectacular. the bit down from Wengenalp to Wengen is not so nice as part of it goes through the woods so after refreshing yourself at the restaurant at Wengenalp it's not a bad idea to jump back on the train.
Thanks for the tip about the Wengenalp restaurant - we stopped there for Kaffee und Kuchen after we walked down from Kleine Scheidegg and the cakes were excellent. It was a nice touch to be handed binoculars to watch the chunks of ice falling off the ends of the glacier opposite too.

@mokka4, thanks, I agree I would love to return to Switzerland too one of these days.
@annhig, Hi Ann, thanks for the clarification on Rosti - did not know that. Also due to the limited number of days we had, I knew there were walks that we could not cover. Again hope to make another trip sometime in the future.
Thank you all for reading my blog. Hope it helps other travellers.
