Loving your report and especially your photos. Where is the beautiful bar in your collection of Hairy Goat photos? We will go to London in June, so reading with interest!

I love St. Clement Danes! Idle googling led me to this - I thought this was a pretty cool link to have for the next trip.

@oduncan - yes, St. Clement's Danes is correct. those are the details that I immediately lost, but I loved that little chapel!

@309 - the bar is The Counting House. We ended up for a meal there the following day and it was very good! They are on Cornhill in 'the City' (financial district). I've lost my distances a little, but I think it is relatively close to St. Paul's. I would eat there again.

St Clement Danes is the St Clements of the nursery rhyme "Oranges and lemons, say the bells of St Clement's".
