Urgent -- need telephone number for changing a Thalys ticket, calling from the U.S.?

I purchased a Thalys ticket on-line and now my flight into Brussels has been delayed by one day, so I will miss my train to Paris and need to exchange my ticket. Does anyone know the Thalys telephone number to call when calling from the U.S.? I looked on the website and they list numbers in several countries but when I tried the one in Belgium it did not work (they list 070667788). A guidebook lists a different number, 0900-95777, but that one didn't work either. I know to dial 011-32 -- but then what? Can anyone help?

If you'd like a fast albeit possibly incorrect number,

The 0900 number is probably an in-country "800" number. Drop the first zero on the 0706 number and add your 011-32.

I don't know but the Belgian RR site lists the 070667788 number as an "interzonal" number so I don't think it works outside Belgium if it's like US 800 numbers. They give a different international number than your guidebook, try it: for info it is 0900-10-366, for international ticket sales it is 0900-10-177
That web site clearly calls the 0900 numbers "international" numbers, but I don't know how you dial them. For a more normal number, you could try FAXing them at 02/504-05-00

Don't forget to drop the leading zero on the city codes.

Boy, this is really frustrating -- there must be some trick to dialing an international 900 number from the US that I don't know...I'm having no luck regardless of how I dial it.

It appears that while one can purchase a Thalys ticket online, one cannot cancel or change it online, and the telephone numbers on the website cannot be dialed from the U.S. Not good.
