I am going to Venice next month (sept) and I can not find ANY information about airport hotels at the Marco Polo Airport. Does anyone know anything about it? <BR>Thanks

It is a VERY small airport so I'm not sure if there are any hotels there. Why not hop onto a vaperatto (water taxi) and take the 1/2 trip into Venice? <BR>

Getting into Venice from Marco Polo is very easy and worthwhile. Public transportation is inexpensive (tickets are available from a booth just outside after you claim your baggage) and the little trip is a joy. Spend the night in Venice, not near Venice!
