Oh, there's no way I could limit myself to three favorites -- there is SO much to see and enjoy in Brittany! Dinan, Rennes, Treguier, the Côte de Granit Rose and Plaumanac'h, the calvary closes, the alignments of Carnac...

Good luck choosing!

StuDudley has excellent advice re Brittany. Search the forum with his name. I used his trip report for my visit to Brittany in April.

It's been a few years, but you may get some ideas from our detailed Brittany phototravelogue at https://plus.google.com/photos/10147...92169709539761. Just click on the first picture to get the comments started.

Fascinating -- I thought St. Malo pleasant enough, but it would never be in the running for a "best of Brittany" list for me.

Dinan, Fougeres castle ruins, Quimper--but above all Carnac and the dolmens, including the tumulus nearby. But if time allows, visit at least one of the parish closes.

A copy of the Michelin Green Guide to Brittany would be an excellent resource.
