cancun

We have 2 full days there, after being in Mexico City. Should we try to visit Isla Mujeres, or just explore Cancun? I know that isn`t much time. We are staying on the hotel strip. Thanks.

Cancun does have a normal downtown area. You could explore there for a day?

A quick trip to Cozumel will be a good day trip, and you'll wind up coming back or staying longer.

Want to do something quick since we only have 2 days. That`s why I thought of Isla Mujeres, rather than Cozumel, which I have already been to anyway. That way, couldn`t I see something of Cancun too, before or after getting on the ferry for Isla Mujeres? Is that too much for a day trip?

My first and only trip to Cancun, I ended up spending two days of my stay on Isla. Easy to get to, grab a cab to Puerto Juarez, then a 20 minute ferry ride. Or, if you want to save some money, take the bus from the hotel zone downtown and grab a cab from there.
