Barcelona food market tour
My wife and I would like to take a guided tour of a Barcelona food market. Basically just a guide that show us around different stalls and educates us about the different foods. Two hours would probably be good. Does such a tour exist? Does anyone have any links?

Usually the Barcelona food tours will last 3+ hours and usually include a visit to a market but also several stops along the way to nosh at several different bars. Here's an example.
The walking tours of the Ramblas & Gothic Quarter, usually 4 hours long, will also pay a visit to a market but won't spend two hours of that time inside the market, just a stroll through, such as with this one and this private one. The latter, however, since private, can be tailored to the clients' wishes.
The most famous market, the Boquería or Mercat de Sant Josep, off the Ramblas, these days has become extremely tourist congested and selfie-stick infested, so food tours try avoid it and visit other less crowded markets. During the high season organized tour groups of 15 or more are not allowed to visit the Boquería during peak hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
At the Boquería I still enjoy having a mid morning meal at El Quim, but one needs to get there early in hopes of grabbing a bar stool.
The cooking classes of Cook & Taste visit a market to purchase ingredients before the class begins but one has to sign up for both the market tour and cooking class. Participants can't just do the market tour only. At BCN Kitchen it's a market tour + paella workshop.
The newly revived Mercat de Sant Antoni is the one that you may want to visit on your own and have lunch at the famous Pinotxo Bar that has moved from the Boquería to this market. Although Juan Bayén, the colorful owner of Pinotxo, has passed, his nephews carry on the legend in this new market location.

Market tour
We recently took a Mediterranean Cooking Class with BCN Kitchen. We started in the Boqueria market and spent 30 min or so there before heading to the cooking location. It was interesting but the market visit was perhaps shorter than you’re looking for. If you do something like this, definitely book it on a weekday morning ( especially for Boqueria!) as it’s much less crowded and more pleasant.

zebec,
The excellent Culinary Backstreets food and wine tour company recommends visiting the Mercat de la Llibertat in Gràcia instead.
