In Santiago, I suggest you visiting the Santa Lucia hill.
The hill contains a number of old buildings, including a small chapel with wonderful views of the city. On the very top was the Castile del Mirador (viewpoint castle), a faux castle tower with the best views of Santiago at the top.
You should go at Museum of Fine Arts too.
