Having difficulties in paying the Machu Picchu tickets on TuBoleto.cultura.pe
I am not able to pay my reservation tickets on TuBoleto.cultura.pe. I managed to reserve the tickets but when I clicked on payment, it would not give me any option but just stayed on the same section and won’t proceed to the payment tab. I had tried to redo the booking but it won’t let me proceed either as I still have the reservations in my ID. I can’t cancel the reservation as well. It should be released as I am not able to pay, but I still have the reservations after a day. Can someone please help?

I think that is the new official booking site for MP so it sounds as though there are a few "teething"problems. The old site was always a nightmare when trying to pay for tickets, especially for Americans, less so when using European cards but it sound as though this is a different problem than just not acceptation a card.
I would first clear the cache on your computer or phone and try again. If that doesn't work , try a different browser. If that doesn't work email them using the contact on the site. If you speak Spanish , email in Spanish. If not type in English and use google translate for th e-mail and to read the response- you are far more likely to get a response that way. IME in South America emails in English tend not to get replies!
There is very little traffic on this forum anymore so I would try asking your question on the TA forum @ https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowFo...co_Region.html

Thanks for the advice. I had tried all of the above but still unable to proceed to the payment tab. I did email them but it was in English, and have no reply from them yet. I will Google translate to Spanish and send again.

Hurray! Finally I got the tickets through the same official website.
I have kept trying with different ways to sign in and pay for my reserved tickets but failed each time.
I created another account under my husband’s passport id but still failed as my reserved tickets had his passport numbers as the identifier.
Then, I decided to try changing the dates with a new reservation under his account and also using the Edge browser, and it worked.
I do not know exactly why it worked but I finally got my tickets!
