Help ! Need advice during my trips to stay cool ;)

Hey, everyone, I'm Phillip 25 yo from England, during my trips I'm used to explore cities and have long walks, wander around, chill and try to feel the city's energy. I also stop at some places to eat local, use public transportation, meet people, just name it I'm up for it. Now during my trips, instead of going back to my room, I just wished i had a place near me so I could, cool off, get rid of my backpack, shower, change cloths and just relax for an hour or 2 to be ready for the next thing. So, I wanted to ask you, to manifest yourself if you have been in the same situation or close enough and if so, would you mind sharing your story and secrets on how to stay fresh, clean and comfortable, in cities without going back to my room or book a stay ? Thank you

You simply need to book your room in a more central location. Find a place in each city or town that is nearer to the other things you plan to see and do. This is only an issue if you are trying to save money (I assume?) by staying in an outlying area.

If you really want to carry a change of clothes around all day, and find a place to take a shower, look for a gym or health club or spa that offers a day pass. But this won't be cheap, so you might as well have spent a little more $ for a better located room -lol!

Good luck!
