Since Mount Holly isn't a tourist area, but a fairly nice residential community, I'd expect that all three of these hotels are well kept, but average moderate accomodations typical of these hotel chains. Nothing remarkable, but a safe, clean place to spend a night while on the road to someplace else.

I lived near there for about 12 years and can't say I recall seeing any of them. (They probably all just fade into the highway landscape.) When I'm in doubt, I usually go for a Hampton Inn. I find them to be more consistent pleasant and comfortable, including their cont'l breakfasts.

Be sure to see Haddonfield and Moorestown while you are in the area.
