Nevada City - Red Castle, Deer Creek Inn or Emma Nevada House?
Anyone stayed recently here?
Forgive me if 2 postings but I don't see what I thought I posted last night.
Has anyone stayed at the Deer Creek in Nevada City recently? I was there yrs & yrs ago...and also at the Red Castle & Parsonage. Could use recent reviews
for any of our options there. Thanks!

I haven't stayed in any of them since I'm less than an hour from NV City and do it a partial day trips- but I have heard good things about Deer Creek Inn (doesn't mean there is anything wrong w/the other two)

Thanks so much, Janis! (Ps. have been having prob's finding my threads...maybe posted to US instead of Calif...not sure)
Anyway, that helped, since others have stayed recently.
We really enjoyed Nevada City in the past. Do you have a fave restaurant, Janis? Thanks again.

ALL threads end up in United States -- even if you do click on CA. It is all one forum. The only way to easily find all of your previous posts/threads is to click on your name. That is how I found your other one . . . .

Thanks! Guess I thought that if you highlighted Calif while posting, that then later, it could be pulled up simply by highlighting Calif again.
(vs. a broader search)
But yes, of course, Calif is part of the US board, too. ;-)
Clearly, I've been confused lately, at least! Used to use this fine.
Altho' admittedly more for Canada than here..well about even. Thanks again!
Too bad you've only been to Nevada City area primarily for sad reasons. I hope that changes one day.
