Stayed there 3 years ago. It's in a good spot, close to town, and has what we considered a hot commodity - an outdoor pool for the kids, you aren't swimming in the ocean in Maine.
We chose the older main building which looks like an old New England Clapboard house, it was older, but charming. The "new" section seemed very dated, sort of 70's motel style. I think the older section was more appealing.
There is another, bigger, more expensive resort nearby that looked nicer, but I can't think of the name right now. When I think of it I'll repost.
For the money I would stay at the Nonantum again.
