Do you need a physical sim card or is your phone eSIM enabled?
If the latter then it opens a whole host of options for you to buy an eSIM beforehand and just activitate once you are in the US.
I get eSIMs from airalo dot com for countries all around the world, and I see that they offer a US data/call/text eSIM.
There are limits on the # of minutes, text messages, and data. You can work around those by using wifi wherever it is available.

Thank you, unfortunately I need the physical sim card with my phone. I have read that there are 2 inmotion shops at Dulles, but they are located in Terminal C near gate C1 and in Terminal D near gate 19, so I guess I should move from B to C-D before exiting the arrival area, or is there any other option beyond the exit ?
