Transportation from Disney World to non-Disney parks
Thinking of visiting Disney World in June, but don't want to drive around Orlando or take cabs. Are there shuttles or the like from/to Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, & Wet ‘N Wild?

If you don't want to drive, on the days you will be visiting Disney, stay onsite.

I can't help you with SeaWorld.
Transportation around Orlando by Mears and cabs would cost you a fortune.
Disney has the best waterparks.

Are you staying on site at Disney? If so, you might want to consider renting car for just the day if driving to SeaWorld or Universal. It isn't cheap and you may find that a cab is a better option.
I do think the suggestion of staying at Universal (which is both Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are located) for a few days is a good one. You'll still need to cab it from Disney to Universal, but once at Universal you won't need a car.
The real benefit of staying on-site at Universal is the special access line for rides and shows. Almost every ride has a separate line for hotel guests or those who have paid a fee for the right to a shorter line. We rode Men in Black three times in less than 30 minutes even though the regular line was well over an hour. This access is available with just a room key from one of the three Universal hotels.
