Which is more romantic? The Orlando Marriott World Center or Hyatt Grand Cypress?

Hi Postal-
Really? I didn't know that the Marriott had a nicer pool than the Hyatt. The Hyatt looks so amazing with the pictures of their brochure. Though, the Marriott does as well.
Hmmmm I figured people would say the Hyatt hands down.
I suppose I will just go with the cheaper one.
I did hear though that the Hyatt has a shuttle for free to the parks, whereas the Marriott does NOT.
Thanks again.
Anyone else care to comment between the two resorts?
Thanks

We stayed at the Hyatt this year and it is beautiful. The grounds are unbelievable, pool very very nice with waterfall, grotto, slide through rock landscaping and rope bridge. There's also a small lake with beach, paddleboats and sunfish. Tennis, golf, riding are all on the grounds as well, and they do have a shuttle to Disney. If you want to leave!
Didn't see the Marriott so have no idea how it would compare. Hard to beleive their pool could be nicer than Hyatt's!

Hyatt, definitely!!! Never stayed at the Marriott, but we did have our 10th anniversary at the Hyatt!! It was awesome! They gave us a special room overlooking the lagoon and the pool for no extra $. It was really wonderful. We went horseback riding- it was okay, but not the best riding experience ever. Try the swim up bar!! Have fun!

Hyatt hands down! We were there last month and never left the resort!!!
And it IS a resort...the pool was heavenly! Just be sure to get out there very early if you plan on using the umbrellas and tables.
Be sure to try the breakfast buffet at least once while there-delicious choices and fresh-squeezed orange juice.(I forget the name, but it's the restaurant with the spiral staircase).
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I went walking very early each day there all around the grounds...they have 3 running trails on property...horse stables for riding, beautiful black and white swans in the lake...just so gorgeous and so peaceful too. You will flip when you see the lobby...a little brook runs thru it with live birds and lush, tropical atmosphere.
You may never leave the place either!

We have stayed at both and the Hyatt
wins hands down for romantic. The
rooms are so much nicer and larger
than the Marriott. We wound up upgraded on one trip to the concierge floor and had access to the hospitality room all day. The rooms are exactly the same on the other floors just missing the "treats".
It is a wonderfully plush hotel that I
always feel I have gotten my money's worth. The Marriott is just a large,
impersonal, unfriendly, convention
hotel that left me feeling ripped off.

occasions during the past 7 years. Go for the hyatt!!
