Bukit Timah, Kranji, and the Central Water Catchment

The residential area of Bukit Timah lies close to the center of the island, sandwiched between the green lungs of the Botanic Gardens to the south and the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve to the north. Even further north, on the border with Malaysia, are the Kranji neighborhood and the enormous Central Water Catchment, where you'll find the Singapore Zoo.
