Though à la carte is possible, opt for the excellent-value prix-fixe menus to try dishes like panfried octopus and soppressata ham, hay-smoked Aubrac steak with parsnip purée and anchovy condiment, or foie gras with trout caviar and passion fruit. For dessert, consider the caramelized puff pastry with fig compote and vanilla cream.
