Bus Travel

Public transportation tickets purchased from nearly any kiosk cost €1. Purchased from the driver, they are €1.60. A single type of ticket is valid on buses, trolleys, and streetcars. A carnet of 10 tickets costs €8. Upon boarding the bus, punch your ticket in the machine or be fined €40. You can also buy a 24-hour pass (€4), or a 72-hour pass (€6). Public transportation operates 6 am–midnight.
