The downtown shopping district around Drottninggatan, Birger Jarlsgatan, Biblioteksgatan, and Hamngatan has department stores and malls, clothing boutiques, and a wide variety of other shops. For souvenirs and crafts, peruse the boutiques and galleries in Västerlånggatan, the main street of Gamla Stan.
