You couldn't ask for a warmer welcome than at Celia Stewart's traditional Stanley home, in the center of town with views of the harbor. Entered via a pretty glassed-in porch, the breakfast and common rooms are cheerfully decorated with fresh flowers and plenty of space to lounge or watch TV. Guest rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Bathrooms are large with powerful showers and plenty of hot water—a big plus in this climate. Best of all: a magnificent home-cooked breakfast and cakes at teatime are all included in the price.
